im moving and really dont want to move these across the country.  The 84 4kq is a one year tranny it has the larger output flange, lower gears in 2,3,4 I think, but the same final drive as the later 4kqs i believe. Has 144k on it.  I pulled it from a parts car so i never go to drive it but was told it shifted fine and was quite.  The 5ktq tranny has about 177k on it. this again was from a parts car that i did not get to drive but was told the only reason he stopped driving it was because of a leaking heater core and oil leaks.  My plan was to take the 5th gear from the 5ktq and put it into the 4kq trans.  I have directions on how to do this if you're interested its not complicated at all.  The end result is about 500rpm less in 5th gear and best of all more top speed!!  Looking to get $200 for the 84 4kq trans being as it is kinda rare, and $175 for the 5ktq.  Ill do both for $275.  Im in aurora co and not really looking to ship, may consider some sort of delivery within a few hours
