NO PICTURES.

I need to mount a license plate on my S6.  All I have are three holes in the bumper that aren't even close to the holes in the license plate.  Briefly considered drilling holes in the bumper.  No...that won't do.  I think all the C4 brackets are the same, but in the event they're different, I need one for a late 95 S6 sedan.  Price is negotiable.  Has to be less than Lowe's will charge me to for the parts to make my own.
