This is an MTM stage 1 chipped ECU.  This ECU was working fine when it was removed from the vehicle before trading the vehicle in. This ECU is for 2001 to 2002 Audi Allroads with the APB 2.7T motor and an automatic transmission.  The part number on this ECU is 4Z7 907 551 K.  You should check with your local Audi dealer for correct fitment and match up the numbers on your ECU.  I believe the other ECU numbers that will work with this ECU are as follows, 4Z7 907 551 A, 4Z7 997 551 AX, 4Z7 997 551 JX, 4Z7 907 551 M.  Good luck and happy bidding.
