Well, I've traded the Freelander for a Pilot. Now on to the next one. Since Becky won't learn stick, yet, I've decided to go with a smaller car (since the pilot will do all the hauling the Audi used to).

She has been enhanced with a QLCC chip, spring and diverter valve. She pulls harder than my friend's '91 20v tq (and he has done a chip mod), so we believe 230-240 bhp. It also has Koni sports in the rear, bilstein HDs up front and 200 tqa springs all around. Replaced both front wheel bearings, tie rod ends, all suspension bushings, control arms, shock tower bushings and bearings and ball joints about 20k ago. Also rear control arms and front brake lines.

New all cooling lines and tank. WP and timing belt about 30k ago w/ ancilary belts. Full tune up as well along with all filters (factory stuff, of course).

All electrics but the rear wiper work. A/c getting warm but still works (needs mild recharge).

Other small parts replaced. Has the rear cargo cover and no roof rack (I have a factory one if you want it but it is rare to not have one and I like the look a lot better).

Factory 15x7 fuchs (like the early rallye cars). Panasonic head unit w/remote. Polk Audio speakers.

A beast in the wet or dry (although, I've been able to get her to kick the tail in the wet when I've wanted)

Took her to Indy for the F1 w/o incident and would trust her to go to Cali tomorrow if asked.

28-29 mpg hwy and about 25 ave (with my lead foot).

Only selling as I'm looking for a B5 A4 quattro w/ auto box for Becky.

Asking $2500 (but that is more or less firm as I really don't want to sell her). Oh, well.

We are looking at purchasing a B5 A4 so a partial trade is certainly an option. Must be automatic, though.
