these are practially new.  Used for about 10 hours.  Basically they did not work properlly in my custom aplication.  They are 100% percent operational.  These are the OEM Audi HID bulbs that fit in any D2S ballast application.  Been running HID's  for a few years?  Time to think about some replacements just incase.  Contact me.  Buyer pays shipping.
