This MAF talks great to your ECU that has this Sportec Software for sale (exact software Hap Maguire – UrS4guy spent big $$$ dyno testing w/440cc injectors & big turbo that put down 412hp/430tq ATW).  To go w/this set up I’m also selling the same custom 106 mm Ford SVT ram air intake system Hap had that fits great replacing your UrS4/S6 airbox to make room for your big turbo & upgraded EM.  Paid $1300 for everything.   No need to spend thousands to go standalone
