For 5000TQ, Turbo, Early 200 EICU  W/QLLC Chip.  This chip will among other things will increase the boost to about 1.8 bars.  The HP increase is approx. 40HP.  In order to get the benefits from this IECU the turbo bypass valve spring will have to be replaced with a heavier one.   What this does is keep the valve closed longer so boost pressure is built higher than normal.  This in return generates higher HP than normal.  This IECU has been tested and works.
