I have one Cibie H1/H4, flat style lens.  This will fit the pre 1985 4000/CGT models.  It has one small chip on the lens.  Three of the four mounts are good (one of them I had to fix with a couple of rivets and sheet metal).  The outer parts of the reflectors have been blacked out (does not effect the performance).  Two of the adjusting arms are missing but aiming of the lens can be accomplished with a clip and some washers.  Willing to trade for a sloped unit of similar condition.  $50 plus shipping.
