Hey gang, the guy who agreed to buy the car after seeing it just backed out (some guy's wifes : ( ), so for all of you who expressed interest, it's still up for grabs! Here we have a great project for someone who wants a great winter car, or maybe an MC1 turbo engine with a performance chip and wiring harness for a conversion project, or simply part the car out for a healthy profit. This Cayenne metallic 5000 TQ has been well maintained, but last year it blew a head gasket, and I have other quattro projects that I'd rather work on. The interior is grey leather, and is pretty good for a car with 230+K miles, although the clear coat has peeled off the hood and roof. The A/C works, it comes with a set of Blizzaks on it, and it has always had oil changes every 3-4K miles (mostly synthetic). In the past few years this car has had all new struts, all new brakes, water pump, idler pulley, lower cam seal, idle air solenoid, various sensors, timing belt, CV boots, rebuilt steering rack,
injector seals, strut mounts, anti-sway bar bushings, Mobil 1 in the transmission and rear differential, all new wheel bearings, and a load of other goodies I can't remember. . . Probably the only thing I wish I would have replaced that's not on the list is the electric after-run coolant pump that blew a plastic pipe, which is the reason I'm selling the car. : ( It has a performance chip with about 230hp, a stiffer wastegate spring, and an adjustable tt cam sprocket. Well, there you have it. Come and get it so it can get some good use, and if you need it delivered, I can do so for a reasonable fee. Pictures available upon request. Cheers!
