I have a spare KKK K24 turbo that I bought for my '91 200 TQ 20v, but ended up not needing it.  It's used, but in good condition.  I measured the shaft end & lateral play a couple of years ago when I got it, and it was well within spec.  It spins freely, and the blades are all in good shape.  I also have all the necessary gaskets to swap the turbo out, as I thought I was going to have to do it.  The gaskets are brand new and still in their original packaging.  The gaskets alone cost me $100!  I'll take $200 or best offer for the turbo and gaskets.  Figure about $25 to ship.  Or, if you are in the upper Mid-West (WI,MN,MI) pick-up or delivery might be possible.  If you have any questions or need more pics, just let me know.  Thanks.
