Here it is, the one all you Audi S4 owners have been waiting for! The Audi S4 Front Mount Intercooler Kit. Our kit is a direct bolt-on to your 2000-2002 Audi S4 B5. Our intercooler will fit using your stock front bumper with some inside trimming. We recommend removing the stock grill and installing an aluminum mesh grill. This intercooler kit was specifically designed to properly fit your Audi S4 with minimal modifications. The intercooler itself is designed to contour your front bumper for proper fitment and reliability. The end tanks are 100% tig welded 5052 aircraft grade aluminum. The IC core itself is a super efficient Bar & Plate core measuring 17" across x 11.75" tall x 3" deep and is also 100% aluminum. It's a perfect fit and comes with the necessary intercooler piping kit to complete the installation. Good for 750hp +. Increase your stock performance by as much as 25%. Additional performance increases will depend on other upgrades. Professional front bumper removal and
installation recommended.
