Instrument cluster from a 1991 200 20v Quattro. Everything functions 100% except speedo needle has a “Bounce” to it that bothered me enough to replace the whole cluster. I am told that it can be fixed, but I didn’t bother, nor do I know how to do it. Even the auto check display worked 100%.  It is showing 197,180 miles and the VDO “Seal” is still in tact. If you want the 170mph speedometer or 7k RPM redline tach, here’s an easy way to get it.  $50/OBO shipped anywhere in the lower 48.
