Steering wheel only. Clockspring included, but you will have to solder or splice in your existing airbag connector.  If you already have a '95.5+ Audi, your car will alredy have the neccesary clockspring. Actual wheel is in good shape. One scuff near the 10 o'clock position. All offers considered.
