The Good;Recent belt change at around 180K,new rotors and pads all round(all four wheels),new battery,new headlights.
Extremely good interior,no tears or excess wear on lthr.
Remote starter.
The unknown;TCM/soleniod needs attention.Drives but is not shifting.A few oil seals need replacement.
The bad;some very minor surface rust in various places.
Clean carfax report.
All electricals work.
All receipts since ownership.
Reason for selling;bought another Avant and do not need more than one car.
Too good to break.
Would make a very good investment for someone with the time and abit of funds.
