Mechanical Problems
Needs new downpipe 
and catalytic converter
Front bearing needs replacement
Engine leaks oils
Power steering fluid leaks
No thermostat (read below)
Cruise Control not functioning
Rear suspension (possibly all suspension) should be replaced.
Cosmetics
Right door handle not working
Trunk leaks

Details
The exhaust needs an overhaul, I had it replaced back in January, but it fell apart a couple weeks ago because of a rusted weld on the muffler.  Because the muffler fell off it bent and cracked the downpipe  and damaged the catalytic converter. The overall body of the car is in decent shape, needs a paint job eventually and has a small unnoticable dent on the right fender, and small rust spots here and there.  The engine has been running great, the only problem is that it has an overheating problem when it has a thermostat in place, I replaced it, but a few months later had the same problem.  So I just left it out.  It runs fine without it.  The cylinder head leaks oil so it's all messy inside.  I change the oil every 3000-4000 miles so there are no engine probs.  I was driving it everyday since I bought it back in May 05, put about 18k miles on it.  So, with some minor fixes it can be a daily driver.
The reason I'm not telling you things you want to hear is that I'm hoping this car will go to someone who can afford to care for it. Hoping! If that's not your intention thats ok too! I am broke :)
