Ok, I'm back on the market for a urq.  I'd prefer a running or easily fixable one, because I'm not looking for a huge expensive project thing.  Now here's the tricky part, I want to find one fairly close to MN, but I don't want a rust bucket, any audi guy will know this is a rare ordeal.  I also would prefer a blue black or if I have to, red one.  The biggest problem is that I'm on a budget, and cant afford a $10,000 show peice, or anything like that.
