PICTURES.

Very clean 1992 VW 16v Passat GL ~ 176.5k miles. Looks to be originally Southern or Western US car. No rust, except it looks like the windshield was replaced and moisture bubbling can be seen around the a-pillar. Originally bought this car for my mother last January, but she's partial to Audis. Recently replaced Power Steering pump and OEM radiator with new as well as VC gasket, and complete new front strut assemblies and Bilstein struts. Also new rear and center OEM mufflers (Denmark). Have probably $1000 in receipts for just the past 6 months. Tires good. OEM Fuba antenna. Radio sometimes flakey. 

Leaks nothing...well almost nothing. Needs Heater Core (bypassed) and (just found out)Headgasket. 

Averages around 24 MPG. Automatic seatbelt retractor on driver's side flakey. All windows, remote seat mirror adjustment work. A/C inop- may need charge. Alternator noisy. Auto trans works great (looks to be recently replaced). Body in extremely nice shape except for dent at passenger rear over bumper,bad paint on sunroof and recent stone chip in driver's headlight. 2/3 split fold down rear seat for those really big loads. Included but not yet installed: New front suspension bushings, new Bilstein rear shocks and new rear rotors. Asking $750 OBO. 

Ideal for someone who can do their own work. Heater Core definitely before winter. I'd suggest Headgasket ASAP and possibly valve seals. 
Runs and drives fine. 

Also have new Euro headlights for an additional$185.
