Description:
PICTURES.

~190k miles on body, not rusty, but some paint chips have been touched
up, all new brakes, all new control arm bushings and sway bar bushings last 2 years, New battery and idle control valve, 140k on mc-1 motor w/ k26/6 turbo and dual pass intercooler from 5ktq (comp check 143-145 on all cyl), ~10k mi. on timing belt, water pump, idler bearing, spark plugs, wires, cap&rotor, QLCC code ecu (225hp?), 1.8 bar charlie spring, 13psi on cis, , side exit exhaust in front of right rear tire (with stock 5ktq cat) 2.25" exhaust. 2 piece front struts, Boost gauge and digital air/fuel gauge in dash, new 20V clutch, lightened flywheel, new motor mounts, Euro H4 headlights, Trans is 01a with 135k miles (out of
another car), Black leather interior with manual seats, manual crank
sunroof, manual climate control with ALL ac components removed, even
under dash. Stock 14" wheels with decent Hakka 1 snows (~55% worn), extra set of
14" wheels with junk tires (bald tires), 15" wheels (aluminum Audi 100q) with summer
Tires (~90% of tread left).

$3,000 (which does not even represent cost of parts and car, and
donor 5ktq, all labor would be free, 500+ hours in car I would guess)

BIG power gains could be made with a 3" exhaust and downpipe, single
pass intercooler, Megasquirt or other efi system, and of course turning
up boost. 300+ horsepower would be possible without taking this motor
or turbo apart. This car is for sure under 2900 lbs, maybe even under
2800?

This car has done 4 TSD rallies and lots of daily driving, and is well
sorted. There might be a few little nagging issues, like a leaky oil
pan gasket, but overall this is a great place to start a project or
drive it as is.

For an extra $200, a Terratrip 1 rally computer (B box) will be left
installed in the car, it reads off the driver inner CV joint bolt heads,
with 6 pulses per revolution and is very accurate (matched TSD mileages
exactly after cal leg).

Email me for more details.
