Description:
PICTURES.

This is a good condition volcanic black 1999.5 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro with all maintenance records dating back to 41k miles when I got the car. It currently has 83k miles. The car has been maintained by Autohaus Vick and Audi dealers. I've always used synthetic oil since I got the car. The car came with the following packages:

cold weather package (Heated front seats, heated windshield washer nozzles, heated driver door lock, expandable ski/storage sack, plus heated mirrors)
sport package (Sport suspension, 7-spoke 7J x 16 sport wheels, 205/55 16 high performance tires, 3-spoke leather covered sport steering wheel)
audio package (Bose 150w premium sound system, 6-disc CD changer)
Quattro all wheel drive
Moonroof
Trip computer
5 speed manual transmission
sport seats (recaro)

I upgraded the following things:

APR Cat back exhaust Dec 01 @ 43k
Stratmosphere short shifter April 02
Bailey BPV, APR motor mount July 05 @ 72k
Lightweight flywheel/stage 1 clutch AWE Tuning July 05 @ 72k
The current front brakes (calipers, rotors) have only about 45k miles on them because I was using a porsche big brake kit (from bira.org).

The following major maintenance work has been done:

Timing belt, water pump, tensioner August 02 @ 51k. 1.8Ts had bad tensioners, so I replaced it to avoid it dying and requiring a head rebuild. You can read about the tensioner problems on audiworld.
new instrument cluster (bad pixels) August 04 @ 67k
new battery Oct 05 @ 73k
Emissions passed, August 06
new tires Oct 06 @ 75k (225/45R17, Sumitomo HTR+ on BBS 17" wheels)
new propshaft seal, tie rod, engine temp sensor, t-belt, water pump, tensioner, thermostat Nov 06 @ 79k
replaced driver's window regulator (a common failure on audis) Jan 07 @ 80k.

If you would like to know more, please send me an email. I am open to negotiating on price, as I've just taken blue book price for private party based on the car's condition and features.

It has some paint scratches (see photos) on the trunk and rear bumper. One wheel has some curb rash. The passenger's side airbag (not the front one) has a connector that has to have stabilant applied to it every now and then, as the warning light comes on for it. It's a fair amount to replace ($200-300 when I last asked), so I never did. There is a minor stain on the back seat. The car runs great, idles soft and drives very well compared to the usual A4 because of the sports package, exhaust, clutch, short shifter and so forth.

See the audiworld model information page here for more information on model features and specs.

The car is currently available for show in Bellevue near Factoria (I-405 and I-90). There is a DMV office less than 2 miles away, in Factoria for the title transfer. I cannot provide financing, but I will provide the VIN if you need to finance with a loan company. For additional photos, please go: here.

Thanks for looking.
