I have a 2.5 bar chipset and PT from Ben swann for the '91 200 20V  turbo quattro (3b motor).  I have not gotten around to installing this, and it included a 2.5 Bar chipset and pressure transducer for 3B engine and Motronic DME which facilitates 280 HP(208 KW).   Chip mapping is comparable to higher priced chipsets and dyno tested at 280 HP without the wastegate spring.  An upgraded wastegate spring is not required with this chipset. Kit includes Fuel Chip, Boost/Ignition chip, 2.5 Bar Pressure Transducer, and some instructions from Ben.  See this link for more details.
