Exact unit as formerly sold by ringsperformance.com. In fact, it's the test mule for that project! All parts are used but functional. You get an IC core with welded endcaps, all silicone hose (1" for bypass, 2" for turbo-IC, 3" for IC-throttle body), aluminum tube and elbows for turbo-IC connection, all hose clamps, and the bypass valve and signal tubing.
