I'm selling a carbon fiber hood for a B5 S4 or A4 for $450. It uses the factory mounting points/latches and does not require any pins. It weighs 19lbs vs the stock 45lbs for a savings of 26lbs!

I prefer a local NY/NJ/CT area sale so as to avoid having to ship it.
