These are manual cloth comfort front seats and the matching back seat for 1988-1995 Audi 80's and 90's.  The cloth is the sport pattern jacquard satin.  It's very rare.  I bought them to put in my 1988 Audi 90 but it met its demise before I could.  The driver's bolster has a rip in it but I have a pieces of the same material for the repair.  I was going to do that and re-dye the seats so they looked new again.  I only got around to re-dying the back seat bottom.  I paid $200 for these seats but I realize they are a project so make me an offer.  Thanks!
