Offered for sale is my 1991 200 turbo Quattro 20v avant, with 253K miles on the odometer. I am the third owner of this extremely fast and reliable avant.I have owned the car three years and have put approximately 40K miles on it. I have extensive documentation of the service history and upgrades. The car has the following upgrades performed by the previous owner: RS Turbo, RS Exhaust Manifold, Hoppen Stage II chip, Stebro Stainless steel exhaust, Euro lights (relayed), Front g60 brakes (no UFO), The car has had the following maintenance items done : Clutch @ 119k miles, Drive shaft carrier bearing @ 150k, Air mass sensor @176k, Timing chain, camshaft seal, (rebuild head ) valve lifter, exhaust manifold gasket, intake manifold gasket, valve cover gasket, head gasket, upper oil line to filter housing @178k, Stebro cat back exhaust @166k, Power steering rack @177k, Pressure regulator in 2003 est. 185k, Control arms w/bushings in 2003 est. 185k, Radiator fan w/updated blades in 2
 003
est. 185k, Samco turbo to intercooler hose in 2003 est. 185k, Power steering pump in 2003 est. 185k, Timing belt, ac compressor, water pump @205k, Maintenance in the last 20k:, Stainless brake lines, Bilstein hd struts all around, front strut bearings, new rs2 turbo (original failed shortly after I bought the car), fuel pump and filter (2k miles ago), alternator, crankcase breather hose, k&n air filter, Heater core, spark plug wires (5 miles ago) Included in the sale: Bently manuals, three spare doors inserts with locking hardware and window glass and regulators, the original BBS 15” wheels (in fair condition) with Nokian Hakka2 snow tires, used 5K miles this winter. The interior was originally “biscuit” and I have started replacing the interior to black. I have kept all of the original pieces (except the glove box – it was broken). The front seats have been replaced with black sport seats from a 93 S4. The dash, door cards, all console pieces and the rear bottom sea
 t have
been replaced in black (see photos). Interior condition: I would rate the interior at a 6-7 out of 10. The headliner has some staining and is sagging at the rear. The driver’s side bolster has a small hole. Carpeting is in good condition, dash and console pieces in excellent condition. Drivers side door handle inoperable due to a broken cable (easy fix). Exterior condition: The exterior is a 7 out of 10. The body is straight, no accidents other than a small dent behind the passenger front wheel well (see photo). There are some small dings around the car, paint is pitted at the hood. The windshield is cracked (but not affecting visibility from the driver’s position) and the driver’s side euro light lens is cracked. The only rust that I can see is one small spot on the roof rack. Car has been a reliable daily driver, has never left me stranded, always started (down to -15 below zero, with a few complaints) Mobil1 15-50 every 3-4K miles. I have never had to add oil. Compre

test done 120-125 psi across all cylinders. When the head was re-built by 2Bennett in California they used their updated valve guides. The vast majority of the work on this car was done by 2Bennett (through the previous owner), and Sport Wheels here in Glenwood Springs, 2 of the most knowledgeable Audi mechanics in the country. AC blows cold by the way. Known issues: The air bag light is on and have not diagnosed the problem. Sunroof and cruise control inoperable. The instrument cluster has some typical 200 issues, bouncing speedo etc but the auto check system is fine. Odometer stopped last month. The car has recently acquired a small “miss” under high boost, the mechanic pulled codes, swapped out various parts from his own 200 20v (including his chipped ECU), replaced plugs, checked vacuum lines, checked the exhaust system for blockage, and it still is missing. The car will run 100 mph all day running perfectly, then when you really step on it you get that initial throw
 your
head back boost, then it flattens out, kicks in again then flattens out. But it does this only under boost. After the $200 plug wires did not help I had to stop. The only items not checked that might affect this are the temp. and knock sensors. That is why I am willing to let this car go for a low price, given all of the after market goodies (you can do the math-RS turbo $1500, RS exhaust manifold $700, chip, stebro exhaust, wheels etc). This Avant is very fast, estimated 325 HP. The RS turbo kicks in big time around 3500-4000 rpms and you have to hold on, literally. Car sold "as is", no warranties. I can send additional pics.I need to sell this car. $3000
