I've got a full set of seats from a '93 Canadian UrS4 I'm converting to a track car.  Rear seat is near perfect for a 15 yr old car, comes with headrests and the seat belt support bar if you want it.  Front seats I tested all the power features and they work.  I have not tested the heaters.  Drivers side shows some wear, but no tears, gouges, or large defects.  One seat is missing the lumbar adjust knob, but that should be an easy fix.
