This is a throttle body from an A6 with the 12v V6 engine.  On the Audiworld forums, it's called the "special" TB since it's supposed to have the best flow characteristics out of all the stock 12v throttle bodies, and is the one that Mance used (still?) modifies.
Selling for $100 shipped.
