I have a OE factory 90s front upper stress bar that will also fit a Coupe Q20v.  The bar includes the two weld-on strut top brackets and plastic strut covers with plastic nuts.  It is missing the bolts that connect the bar to the brackets, but those are just generic metric bolts ($1 or so)
This is the same thing that came stock in the 90s.  Will fit your Coupe Quattro 20v, but will make your battery harder to access once installed.  Asking $60 for everything
