Description:
PICTURES.

Rust-free Texas car has been a daily driver for most of its life, previous owners were a VW service writer (approx 2 years) and an Audi tech. It's a fabulous, spacious, and very very fast car. Great road-trip car, 1500+ miles of trips this summer alone. As one would hope with a car in Texas, the A/C is fully functional and can freeze your nose off if desired.
Body is straight, and the paint is still great except for two patches on the roof. Updates: A4 7-spoke alloys, stubby antenna, Boge struts, chipped for more boost, K&N, heat-wrapping to keep intake air cool. Entertaining thrust of power at 3500rpm will push you back in your seat. All the gauges work, even all the lights and trip computer. (Odometer conked out for a bit in '06 but was repaired quickly, shows 240,xxx miles and is only a smidge higher.)
The interior is great: dash uncracked/unfaded; carpets, door panels, and floormats too. Detachable-face Aiwa CD receiver with line in on the faceplate.
More pictures available.
Many parts repaired, replaced, or refurbed in the last 2 years, synthetic oil only for at least the last two owners and probably even longer.

Admittedly it's not quite perfection. As mentioned, there's a patch of poor paint on the roof. Some minor systems need TLC that I'm too lazy to do: sunroof motor works but alignment issues won't let it fully open; minor coolant leak (so slow it doesn't even drip, top off every three-four weeks); central locking worked great in May but recently popped a few airhose leaks and needs troubleshooting; all power windows work fine but sometimes only from the driver's controls (lockout switch maybe?). Daily use shows in the seats: back looks great, passenger looks good (all power features fine),
drivers looks blech (again, all power OK) but still comfy and supportive.
All yours for $3300.
I hope to find a good home for this with an Audi enthusiast who will enjoy this paragon of spacious, luxurious, and FAST German engineering.
