New parts installed include:
Brand new Koni Yellow Sport Struts
Just had alignment done 125 miles ago, drives like new. 
Factory S4 Carbon Trim
Currently rolling on a set of 16" "Swing" A4 wheels, with winter tires.
New Ignition Switch
Clear Corners (Hellas)
Beeline Exhaust (Magnaflow Muffler) Sounds really awesome!
S6 Instrument Cluster (Currently Reads around ~123k but car has ~195k on it)

Not sure if anyone would be interested in this or not, but I need to sell my car to finace some other projects going on now, and thought I would start here.  The car is not perfect by any means, but it has served me very well over the years, and still runs great.

Factory 10 Disc CD Changer
Replaced bottom door seals
Kerber Exhaust (no cats)
Maintence:
Car had timing belt service around 165K. New belt, waterpump, spark plugs and all accesories were replaced by Certified Audi Mechanic.
Both Front Outer CV boots have been replaced in the last year, along with new inner CV joints/Boots to be installed. 
Coolant Flush was done Feb.
Oil Changed religously every 3k with Mobil 10w30 and Audi Filter
Added optional European pollen filter which was just replaced.
Brand new coolant resisvor

The car is not perfect and I know it, i has the tried and true 12valve oil leaks, but nothing major. I know the rear diff seal also needs to be replaced. The  Car also has some small rust issues on the rear passenger side wheel well area, but nothing major. 

Like I said guys, I'm not expecting much, I would just like to get what I owe on the car, so that I am clear of debt owed. This car would make a great winter commuter or a great first audi for a young driver, just needs some attention. 

I also have a full concert radio along with the wiring harness, and correct dash bezel peice to install this into the car.
