I've got two head units, a Delta (with code), and a spare (oops) Concert 1 (without code) that can be used for your Phat Box conversion - both work fine with no issues, and the Concert HU seems to work with my 95.5 S6 without the code.  I also have a used 6-disc CD player that is OEM for the Delta HU (round 8 pin plug).  $200 for combo Delta and CD shipped, $100 plus shipping for Concert 1.
