This one is *not* a basket case. I drive it daily... just getting  tempted to buy something newer or maybe even older (A4, urQ?!)... it has quite a few '91 200Q bits, like the rear brakes, folding wipers, plenum cover. Window regs, door handles, diff locks, sunroof all working. Pentosin leakage does occur, but it's been in the can-a-year range for three years! It runs very well- 1.95 bar spring, R-mod, fuel pressure increased. NF code big-valve head, with ARP stud kit, and steel S6 head gasket done in 2005. Run high boost with confidence, this motor isn't coming apart. Some included goodies: It's on Eibach lowering springs, TSW Hockenheim R 17x8 with 235/45/17 Toyo tires. Also included, a set of B6 A4 sport 17" 5 spokes, but those need tires NOW. Interior is light grey leather, comfort seats, good for its age, no rips  or splits. Also included, as part of the deal, 2001 S4 front and rear seats in a lighter grey. Never installed, I didn't get around to it. Simplified  exhaust 
 with
kidney-bean resonators deleted. It's a rust-free AZ/CA car purchased new at Niello in Sacramento. THE BAD: It has kind of a Mad Max aura: It's in primer black, with a 1984 5000S hood, Kamei grille surround in chrome, 100 DOT headlights with clear corners, and it had V8 D pillar trims until someone stole them. Another oddity in that area: The rear triangle windows have been replaced, due to vandalism. The problem is, I couldn't salvage the trim so there is a gap aroudn the edge. This is unfortunate, yes... but I've owned 7 older Audis and this is the strongest, tightest one. Some receipts from the past ten yrs, (I've owned since 2005)it has received a new Bosch fuel pump and tie rods in the past yr. Fantastic ski car- heater core and blower motor done in 2005, but the A/C doesn't like to stay full and I can't find the leak. Compressor runs. Price is pretty firm, I know these aren't worth very much but if all i can get is three figures, then I will continue to keep it as a spar

it's perfectly usable and currently registered. Pics are available, but again, this car is not much to look at on the outside.
