I have an 034 fuel rail mounting kit that i got in a bunch of used parts. It wont work with my applications (NG intake manifold) so i may as well sell it. It DOES NOT come with the 4 bolts because i used them with my homemade mount. Should be an easy hardware store replacement. They are a little scratched up but should just fine.

cost $50 new, 20 bucks takes them
