NO PICTURES.

Looking to get rid of my beloved S4 as it now need brake and suspension work. I don't want to part it out so please make reasonable offers. The Good: The interior is in excellent condition for a car of this age. no rips, just wear on the driver bolsters. I honestly have not seen one in much better condition inside. The engine pulls strong and gets full boost. Drinks one quart every 1000 miles and in the last 25k I've replaced all the coolant hoses, the expansion tank and connectors. Samco hoses and metal bypass installed when one hose blew. Engine mounts and center driveshaft bearing replaced 40k miles ago.

the Bad:
Rust in driver front fender
exterior trim all good (2 years old). Paint faded on roof and trunk lid. Respay on hood, fenders and doors after vandel kicked in the passenger door 2 years ago. Always ran with 15" winter rims so the 16 stock rims are in great shape be need fresh clearcoat.

Have parts to replace the ignition key spring, the brake bomb and the valve cover gasket. 

call for more details. I see people selling parts cars for 2-3000 so I'd like to be on the higher side of that range. If not I will probably part it out. 

Pictures were taken in the Spring of last year and car is in similar condition but does not show rust in driver fender I mentioned and the proper mileage is now 203k.
