I have a used stock fog light kit that came on 4000 and CGT models from the dealer.  I bought it and never put it on my car.  The kit is not pristine but it is all there including the hard to find fog light switch.  You will need to mock up new mount plates for the fog lights themselves as the originals are very rusted.  Includes all wiring and the relay socket which has been labeled (cannot guarantee accuracy) by the person who removed the kit.  Glass has very minor pitting but no cracks.
