Here is the sway bar off my 95.5 S6 wagon.  It is in very nice shape with little rust.  This is a great upgrade to all those S cars that came with out it.  Fits all C4 Quattro including 100's.  I am pretty sure the rear bearing housings are not needed to convert your car because the sway bar link bracket just goes under the bolt for the lower knuckle to control arm connection.  This is a great upgrade to incorporate into your plans if you are putting a V8 quattro rear differential in your S car.  DO IT all at once!!
