I have three Koni adjustable fronts strut inserts for the type 44 (80's 5000, 100/200, V8), they are special duty it says not Yellows. two were installed a week only, one was not working well so I removed and went with Bilsteins-it has a soft spot in its stroke, the other two are perfect. The third one is still brand new untouched. They have adjustable dampening, however you must fully compress the piston rod to engage it (remove strut mount). They have a huge range of adjustment from soft to race car ride...
