Good example of a well maintained unmolested 1984 4000 Quattro. Red exterior, brown cloth interior. Exterior is in nice shape considering the age of the car. Transmission shifts smoothly, Quattro all wheel drive system works flawlessly.
I purchased the car from the second owner who owned the car for around 15 years, he took the car to a reputable independent shop regularly for all maintenance, I have plenty of records. This car is a strong runner, it always starts even after sitting for a while.
Recent work includes a tune up, brake job, also the engine was rebuilt about 15k ago.
The car does have a few issues: The power locks don't work, The door handles are had to open (if you are familiar with these cars this is very common and easy to fix), the speedometer does not work- I have a new cable for it which will go with the car. I do have pictures but they are too large to upload on audifans.
