Audi part #034 905 377F/035 905 377B.  The "377F" part number is the updated one.  Includes the screw-in sensor, cable, and red 3-pin male connector.  Cable and wire boots are intact and flexible.  Cheapest new I can find is about $130.  $40 + $3 ship in conUS.
