This is part of a 2B Adj. coilover set I bought a while ago for my 91 200 20vtq. It turns out I have them almost all the way down, no need for the threaded sleeve/perch/and the allen wrench.  Brand new.  Springs not included.  Just source a set of springs and your set.  Asking $250 OBO
