I had posted an ad on this site looking for the part. I was contacted from Christian Serrano with an offer for a seat heater control panel for my 4kq. We came to an agreement on price, sent money via Paypal, and have not received the item or any response from him in two months. If anyone knows him or has a way other than e-mail to get in contact with him, please e-mail me and let me know. Otherwise, this is a warning not to deal with him. I would understand if he had some viable reason for not shipping after receiving payment but I have sent multiple e-mails with no response. Paypal will not proceed with a claim since one must be filed within 45 days of transaction and I foolishly gave him the benefit of the doubt for too long. Someone please help me or at least save your money and don't get scammed. Audifans, please do not remove this post. Thankyou!!!
