THEY ARE A GROUP OF CROOKS- BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with them- avoid them if possible. They are not familiar with Audis at all- They damaged my new car's suspension by jacking it without setting the suspension correctly- and then put on wheels without hub-centricity and when the steering wheel shook- as it would- they told me it was just because they used some sort of oil instead of water to mount the wheels- ridiculous- I had them put my OEM wheels back on- but it was a costly experience as they  are refusing to pay for the damage they did- STAY AWAY!
