I have a new, in box, complete instrument cluster that I special ordered for my 2002 S6 but prior to install, the car was totaled out by insurance co. Dealer says it is a non-returnable part and I am stuck w/ it. NEW in box and difficult to find. If your pixles are going out, you need the new cluster. Paid $940+tax, asking $750 OBO.
