This is the column switch which controls headlights, turn signals, and cruise control. It's from a '97 A4 and will work on the '96-97 models; we got it for a 1998 A4 and found out that it's slightly revised and won't work in that application. Known good working switch. Price includes ground shipping in the 48 states.
