I've replaced my 95 S6A with a 2001 TT Quattro Roadster, and want to move the S6 along.  
While in Detroit for the NAIAS, the motor blew out the #2 spark plug (at 282k) resulting in head and piston damage.  I know I can get more money back parting the car out, but before I go through that extended hassle, I thought I'd see if anyone wanted a project.  Swap in a motor, do a clutch while its apart, and you're back on the road.  If you don't have a motor to install, Force 5 Automotive is in Concord as well, and would have one in stock.
The car was a solid daily driver and had received lots of recent parts.  Some of my bolt on improvements (Bilstein HDs, '92 S4 springs, TDS-1, lights with HID/HIR/euro lenses) will be reverted to stock, keeping the price reasonable.
