This is a factory new Audi concert Radio. It is not refurbished or remanufactured and has never even been removed from the bag (the pic with the radio out of the bag is one I put in my car). This is a good upgrade for C4 cars as you can add an MP3 player very easily. It has a radio code tag still fastened to the top of the radio. Why buy used or hassle with a radio code from the dealer. I was told by the dealer when I bought these that they were the last available from Audi. I tried to order more and they said they were NLA
