PICTURES.

Bought this some time ago and never used. It was made by a guy in Indiana for use his QSW. <br />
flanges are thick and the turbo flange looks to be a standard T3 style. There is no provision for wastegate so you'd need to add one (if possible) or use a internal wastegate turbo. <br />
There is also a 3" down pipe and a Holset turbo that needs re-built, it's a Hy-35 or 30 or something I'm not sure. Included is desired.

Basically the pictures are worth a thousand words. 
**warning these are heavy items and I figure about $55 shipping in the lower 48**
