Up for sale is my daily driven 1992 Audi S4 (aka urs4, ur s4). If you are looking at this ad, you are familiar with these cars and their performance). 
It is 2.2 turbocharged 4 wheel drive, 5 speed equiped sedan with 227HP. It is black with gray interior, it is fully loaded. 
Car is solid, but it is far from pristine. 152k miles. Paint on the car is fadded on some panels, and clear coat is coming off from the roof in one area. Headliner has seen better days, as well as tires are need to be replaced soon. 
Cracked front bumper cover was replaced with the one from Audi 100S, which doesn't line up with the fenders, it is black. Small dent on the passenger fender flare.
It is very reliable car with every equipment including cold A/C in working condition. Passenger speaker went out, but I have a replacement. There are some nice features like all heated seats, CD changer in the trunk etc. 
Car is not perfect, so I'm flexible on the price. 
Service history: 
transmission/clutch by the dealer at ~70k 
timing belt at 95k miles (I have full kit for next change already with all seals, belts, water pump, tensioner etc.) 
struts 140k miles. 
Only mods are 4300K HID's and silicone Samco hoses. 
I'm the 3rd owner, originally car is from PA.
