PICTURES.

I bought this bumper new back in the day.  I've got all the mounting brackets for it(i just need to look around because the shop is a mess)  The bottom half was sanded and smoothed and the whole bumper was painted pearl white.   I recently ( about a month ago sanded the whole bumper with 400 grit sand paper).   I was going to put it on ebay.  However if your close to me and want to purchase it i'll consider the options.   $350.00 or closest best offer  including everything is the price i'm asking for it.   Get a new rear bumper basically and you don't have to deal with europe.   Buy for the asking price and i'll include some stock coupe quattro parts for free.
