I got this for my 2000 A4 2.8 QUATTRO WAGON from shokan for $200.00 it is the whole amp/speaker unit. i never had to use it becuase the problem was with the head unit and not this part....

i am sure it fits many other years so please check the part number with the one i have listed above.
