I have my Audi for sale with 72xxx miles. It's the 1.8l turbo quattro with automatic/tiptronic transmission. Black exterior, interior, and black wheels. 
The Ultrasport option consist of flared out front and rear bumpers with honeycomb grill, S4 side fins, high performance suspension, RS4 18" wheels, rear trunk spoiler, aluminum dash panels, and special steering wheels leather, and shift knob. It also has a shifter buttons on the steering wheel. It also has the premium package along with Bose system with in dash 6 disc changer and XM radio. 
This is what I have done to the car in the past 100 miles. 
-Timing belt ($$$$$$) Never buy an Audi unless you know this has been done. 
- Coil pack. All 4. 
- New tires. 
- New Battery. 
- New windshield. 
- Tinted windows. 
- Oil change. 
- New front brake pads. 
- Transmission maintenance. 
The car will also come with factory 16" wheels/tires for winter use. 
I had a local Audi shop go through the entire car and it needs nothing. If you are interested I can give you their phone number and you can ask them yourself. This car needs nothing, don't make a mistake by buying one cheaper from someone and then spend more $$ on maintenance. My Audi is ready to be driven for lot of worry free miles. 
Due to the age of this car there is some rock chips, and a very small ding on the roof. 
I will have the car fully detailed by a shop and full tank gas before delivery. 
I have a couple of people pull a carfax and the Audi and it came clean. I also have the title in hand so no bank to deal with.
